Diamond Yoni Care

- Add 1/3 of the Yoni bag into the Diamond Seat

- Add 2 cups of kettle water

- Pour the boiling water onto the herbs

- Put the Diamond Care Seat under the toilet seat

- Place the toilet seat on top of the Diamond seat

- Leave to sit for 2 minutes

- Remove all clothes from the waist down

- Place knee high stockings on for compression

- Sit on the toilet with a towel over legs to prevent heat from escaping !

 

SIT FOR 20 MINUTES !!!!

 

Use twice a month

1 week before before or/& after your menstrual cycle

or

2 weeks apart
